Services - Season Long Weed Control

You have better things to do than pull weeds...

Our season long program will free you up to do the things that summer at the Jersey Shore is famous for. This program consists of three scheduled visits to your property as well as on request service calls at no charge.

• We will survey your property to determine square footage as well as weed types and abundance.
• We will notify you in writing of the dates and materials that we will use when treating your property.
• Our first application will cover all of the area that you want treated. This application consists of Pre-emergent products that prevent seeds from growing into weeds! We utilize two non-leaching products, one for broadleaf weeds and one for grassy weeds. These products are safe to use under and around existing trees and shrubs. The initial application will also contain products to control any weeds that are present in the treatment area.
• Our second application is a follow up treatment consisting of two post-emergent products to control persistent and late emerging perennial weeds. This application is targeted at problem areas only, which prevents unnecessary application to areas that are weed free.
• Our third scheduled treatment is made later in the season. It is designed to catch problems around shower areas, curb lines, and other high moisture areas that may present control problems.
• Service calls - never a charge. Some areas that may require re treatment include curb lines, outside shower areas, the edges of planted beds, or any area that is subject to repeated, excessive moisture. We try to make service calls within 48 hours.
• Tenant sensitive. We deal with thousands of homeowners and recognize how important vacation time is to you and your tenants. If you or your tenants are uncomfortable with our working on your property we will cheerfully reschedule.
